Mike has over 10 years of experience in private debt investing, investment banking and leveraged finance. Since joining Penfund in 2019, he has focused on Penfund’s deal origination and capital markets activities. Prior to joining Penfund, Mike was a Vice President in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Leveraged Finance Investment Banking group in London where he executed large-cap sponsor buy-outs and refinancings in Western Europe and North America. Mike has worked for financial institutions in Toronto, London, Boston and New York.
Mike has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
